Diversity and bioactivity of sediment-associated fungi from a mangrove forest in Mexico with different conservation conditions

The biological importance of rhizosphere sediment-associated fungi in mangroves is poorly understood, especially when they are affected by high salinity and anaerobiosis disturbed areas.
